Fish Stew and Ciabatta

The day after Christmas, in the spirit of Italian Christmas Eve seafood feasts, we made a rich cioppino and the most heavenly loaf of ciabatta. All you could hear was slurping and moaning.

Oh my God! This looks soooo good. I just ate dinner at the time I’m writing this comment and I think I’m hungry again.
This recipe is very original, as I don’t think I have ever heard of a fish stew. The ciabatta bread is always a good choice too, definitely beats sliced bread! Thanks for sharing.
